Our taproom is the perfect place to enjoy our iconic, award-winning favourites, including Peach Cream Ale, Mythical Creatures West Coast IPA, and Black Widow Dark Lager. Alongside these classics, you'll always find our newest releases and small-batch experimental brews, from Cherry Blossom Japanese Lager brewed with sake kasu to Reaper Pepper Lager crafted with locally grown peppers from Stoke the Fire. We also feature innovative offerings like our 0.5% dealcoholized Peach Cream Ale, plus seasonal releases such as Miami Weisse Coconut Lime Tart Ale and Alaskan Fireweed Honey Pilsner, both part of our Travel with Your Tastebuds Series. For guests who aren't in the mood for beer, we also pour a selection of local wines, ciders, and refreshing fruit sodas.

Mondays to Wednesdays we serve Bar Pies at the Tin Whistle! Bar Pies (noun): a thin, crispy, square-cut pizza made famous in old-school New Jersey and Long Island bars. Small, craveable, and born to be eaten with a cold beer in hand. We currently offer Margherita (cheese), Pepperoni, and July's Pies of the Month- Sweet & Spicy made with salami and candied jalapenos, as well as a Vegan Mediterranean pie.
Thursdays to Sundays we have Elma Snack Kitchen onsite. The new street-food concept from the team behind award-winning Elma Restaurant, is now serving at Tin Whistle Brewing Co., creating a destination where exceptional Turkish-inspired street food meets award-winning craft beer. The menu is inspired by the vibrant street-food culture of Türkiye and designed specifically for the brewery experience. Guests can enjoy fresh-made dürüm wraps, pilav bowls, loaded fries, meze, and other shareable favourites crafted with the same attention to quality that has made Elma a destination restaurant.

The entire family is welcome to come and spend time with us! We’ve got a full-size train for kiddos to graffiti on, a rotating selection of board games provided by Just for Fun, and the best colouring sheets around so that parents can sit back and enjoy. Four legged furry friends are welcome to come and hangout on the patio during patio season.
